| Whilst the Chocolatier gives a brief introduction to the history of chocolate, you will sample such delights as chilli and orange dark chocolate and milk chocolate caramel sea salt truffles. Then it's aprons on as you learn how to make chocolate fudge, Dutch truffles and praline. You will also be able to pipe, cut, dip and decorate your delicious creations which you will then be able to take home in a beautiful ribbon tied box. Each person will be able to take home at least 25 chocolates. |
